Submit Return/Exchange Request

⏰ Important Reminder

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

How to Submit Your Request

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com with the following information:

  • Order Number: Found in your order confirmation email
  • Item(s) to Return/Exchange: Product name and size
  • Reason for Return/Exchange: Brief explanation
  • Preferred Resolution: Refund, exchange for different size/color, or store credit
  • Photos (if applicable): For damaged or defective items

    You can also Initiate return through your Yavastrah account. Our courier partner will pick up the item once the request is processed.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request for an exchange and respond within 24 hours with:

  • Approval confirmation
  • Relevant information regarding the reason for Return\Exchange

Step 3: Pack Your Items

Carefully pack your items following these guidelines:

  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • Ensure all tags are still attached
  • Seal the package securely

What Happens Next?

📦 For Returns (Refunds)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

🔄 For Exchanges

Once we receive your request, we'll ship your exchange item within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.

Return Eligibility Checklist

Your item is eligible for return if:

  • ✅ Requested within 7 days of delivery
  • ✅ Item is unworn and unwashed
  • ✅ All original tags are attached
  • ✅ Item is in original packaging
  • ✅ No signs of wear, alterations, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • ❌ Items marked as "Final or clearance Sale"
  • ❌ Innerwear and intimate apparel
  • ❌ Altered or customized items
  • ❌ Items without original tags
  • ❌ Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
