How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment or log into your account to view order status.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above โ‚น499. Orders below โ‚น499 have a flat shipping fee of โ‚น59.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com if you need to change your address. We'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. View our complete Return & Exchange Policy.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us to check if your preferred size/color is in stock.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our detailed Size Guide which includes measurements for all our garments. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

What fabrics do you use?

We use premium cotton fabrics for all our kurtis, palazzos, and tops. Our fabrics are carefully selected for breathability, comfort, and durability while maintaining vibrant prints and colors.

How do I care for my YAVASTRAH garments?

We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to maintain quality. View our complete Fabric Care Instructions for detailed guidance.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We strive for accurate product photography. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. All our products feature premium, colorfast fabrics.

Do your garments shrink after washing?

Cotton fabrics may experience slight shrinkage (1-2%) after the first wash. This is normal. To minimize shrinkage, always wash in cold water and air dry.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payment methods available at checkout are secure and encrypted.

Is my payment information secure?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Please check at checkout to see if COD is available for your location. Availability may vary based on your delivery address.

Do I need an account to place an order?

How do I reset my password?

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com if you need to cancel. We'll do our best to cancel before the order ships. Once shipped, you can return the item following our return policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (10-20 business days). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Who pays for customs and duties?

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
