Return & Exchange Policy
At YAVASTRAH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason, you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- No signs of wear, alterations, or damage
- Items must not have been used or altered in any way
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on altered items.
Exchanges / Store Credit:
Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery.
This gives you more time to find the perfect fit or style.
Sale Items:
Discounted or clearance products are eligible for 7‑day return only (refund or store credit)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Initiate return/exchange through your Yavastrah account. Our courier partner will pick up the item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color variations within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com with your order number
- Specify the item and the size/color you'd like to exchange for
- We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
If the requested size or color is unavailable, we'll process a refund or offer store credit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund same business day.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
Return Shipping
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
- Altered or customized items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com with your order number.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy below.
- Custom or Personalised Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Refund for Cancellations
- If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (including HDFC Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or any other payment mode used).
- Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of cancellation approval.
- The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For credit card refunds (e.g., HDFC Credit Card), the amount will appear in your next billing cycle or within 5–7 working days as per your bank's processing time.
