How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and color, and click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched. Contact us immediately at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com or WhatsApp +91 8824075854.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your YAVASTRAH account to track your order status.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible โ you may initiate a return after delivery. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL across most of our ethnic wear collection including kurtas, kurtis, palazzo sets, crop tops, and dresses.
How do I find my correct size?
We recommend checking the size chart available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For further assistance, WhatsApp us at +91 8824075854.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Currently we offer up to XL. We are working on expanding our size range โ stay tuned by following us on Instagram @yavastrahofficial.

Where do you deliver?

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5โ7 business days depending on your location. Orders from Jaipur and nearby areas may arrive sooner.
Is there a delivery charge?

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed the same business day we receive your return. The amount reflects in your account within 5โ7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us at wevalueyou@yavastrah.com with your order number to get started.

What fabric are your products made of?
Most of our ethnic wear is crafted from premium cotton, making it breathable and comfortable for all-day wear. Fabric details are mentioned on each product page.
How should I care for my YAVASTRAH garments?
We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight when drying to preserve the print and colour. Care instructions are also mentioned on the garment label.
Will the colours fade after washing?
Our garments are made with colour-fast prints. Following the care instructions will ensure the colours remain vibrant after multiple washes.
